Rhode Island Business Spotlight - Episode #1 - Mike Leshinsky of Leshinsky Finance

This is from a vendor's perspective, since I do the programming for Nexus' back office service invoice system. This means having the team members write up invoices online for what they do for Nexus' customers (Landlords) and how the team members get paid and how the customers are billed. In working for Nick and Greg for several years, I am impressed by their ability to formulate their requirements clearly, and also, since I constantly review how my stuff is working and therefore read tons of detailed invoices, how straightforward their communication with their customers is. As I said once in an email to them, I like working for these guys, and for their team members.

After enquiring about rent relief due to injury , my leasing agent Mikali was able to assist me and get me the help I needed. He worked professionally and quickly to get my application ready and through the process with ease. I now got the aid I needed and am able to heal with rent taken cared of for a few months.

Mikalai has been amazing, very efficient and he doesn’t miss a beat. Wonderful job of finding tenants, the last two times we used him he has found a tenant within a week or so. He is a hard worker did a great job posting our apartment and interviewed 8 applicants this last time before choosing a very good one, in one week!!! Amazing describes Mikalai!!! I will always choose NEXUS!!!!
