Applying for a Nexus Apartment is easy!

Step 1 : Watch the YouTube video. Every Nexus listing has a link to a YouTube video which will help you decide if you want to make an appointment with a leasing agent for a viewing.

Step 2: Text 888-986-3987 to answer a few prescreening questions and connect with an agent. The agent will answer questions and provide you with a link to schedule an appointment.

Step 3: Attend the viewing.

Step 4: Fill out an online application. Most applicants will receive a decision within 24 hours of applying!

I am a recent client of Nexus as a property owner, living out of state. So far I can't say enough good things about my experience. Greg and the entire team have been fantastic!!! Within one week, they had the property listed (with a video of the house on youtube) had showings, and had a security deposit from a renter. Just proves their process works. While I haven't had to use the maintenance department yet, on the first day the manager emailed me his direct contact information, including cell phone and email. No red tape. Their on-line portal is easy to use, everything right there in a simple menu structure. It even has links to youtube video tutorials on how to use the website. Overall my experience has been amazing with Nexus, and as an owner living about 1,000 miles away, I couldn't be happier with the service. If you're looking to rent a property (and I've seen people try and struggle to do it themselves), take a look at Nexus.

Nexxus is great with us. The calls are answered and Tom Morris always gets in touch with us to touch base about whatever the situation is. He's always pleasant and knows exactly what needs to be done. He is quick to answer and fix the problem in a timely manner the same day. Which is great because it's usually an emergency. Tom M. let's me know what the problem is and what he has to do to fix it. Which I appreciate greatly. Always happy to have him work out the problem.
