Woke up to no hot water on Wednesday, 12/23. Put in an emergency maintenance request with Nexus. A couple hours later I was contacted by Tom from Nexus Maintenance who assured me they would get the problem assessed and resolved asap, and that he did! I would like to take this opportunity to thank Tom for his excellent service in getting my water heater replaced and up and running, in time to do my dinner dishes! Tom was totally professional and he kept me informed and aware of the repair needed and the time expected to do the work. The job was completed in record time and I'm delighted with the outcome! Thank you, Tom and Merry Christmas to you and everyone at Nexus!

We had Bill Norris come to our new rental to light the pilot light on the gas fireplace - he was prompt, on time and even came on a holiday. He was excellent and helped with other appliance issues and burnt out lights. Oven was creating smoke and washing machine door wouldn't close. Bill was most helpful.

James from maintenance went above and beyond to assure the comfort and safety of my apartment. I had run out of propane and James came to check on me to make sure I was ok until my propane delivery came. Shortly after he left, my propane was delivered and he came back the same night to fix it! Amazing service and very kind. 10/10 Nexus employee. Exceedingly happy with the service from Nexus so far!
