Sink broke in my apartment last night and Tom from nexus received the call called me as early as he could and set up a time for me right after I got out of work. Then when I was running late and he couldn’t get in without me he waited for me and replaced my sink with no added stress to my long day. At first they were great, replying to everything, but once you are there for a few months, they forget about you. I have about 4 service requests that have been open since beginning of May. Need your yard work done because it's starting to look like a jungle and you aren't responsible for it in your lease? Don't expect them to do anything about it. I'll change my review when they contact me, because that's how they played it last time, all they care about is their decked out office that never has anyone in it and whether or not you are resigning the lease.
