About a week before we had to be out of our house that sold (rental property), a beautiful condo popped up on Craigslist, I immediately called the number listed for Nexus, and was contacted by Mik. He answered my questions instantly, and set up a viewing the very next day. We filled out an application, and in LESS than 24 hours, he contacted us that we were approved, and met me at his office for the keys that very NEXT day! Not only did he make me an extra key for my son, but when the school needed papers notarized proving our new address on such short notice, he again came through.
