As a property owner I can honestly say I sleep sound every night knowing my property and the tenants are taken care of. Payments are handled online, and I receive the deposits with a few business days. Maintenance always gets buttoned up quickly as well. My experience has been so positive that i've expanded my portfolio strictly BECAUSE I know Nexus has my best interest in mind. Way 2 go!
We have rented from Nexus for going on 5 years now and the maintenance people they have are excellent. We rent an apartment in an old ( but very charming) house so we have had some interesting and challenging repairs. There was an issue with the tile in the bathroom recently, I put in a request on the portal and within a day I received a call to schedule a good time to take a look. Tom Gannon showed up precisely when he said he would and was nice, friendly, and very dedicated to making a good, correct, aesthetically pleasing repair. He rummaged around and managed to find some leftover original tile so every thing matched. I could not be happier with the job he did and how pleasant he was! Tom is a great asset to Nexus! Thank you!
