we charge a monthly management fee based on rent collected, and a RErental fee for placing a tenant. THAT'S IT!

The Nexus company was very attentive and helpful, Once they understood how unfair I felt the situation was. I’m finding them reasonable and easy to work with. Therefore I am changing my rating. My landlords switched over to Nexus and they quoted me 75$ For them to unlock a door. Is this a service or extortion?
