I'm a new tenant and I've had a great experience so far with Nexus Property Management. I love that there was a walk through video of the apartment for rent to view. I also like that I can submit a maintenance request and pay my rent online. If you need to call Nexus the answering service will quickly connect you or get back to you just as fast. A+ renting experience so far.

Working with Greg at Nexus Property Management made moving a breeze! We have been apartment hunting for a very long time now, and whenever we would come across a Nexus listing we would be so excited because their approach to renting with the videos is amazing. Being able to see the entire place from the comfort of your own home saves so much time and effort for a 5 minute walk through of somewhere you might not want.
