Responded to an online post with a simple question. Without answering the question they ask for all kinds of personal information. When I called to ask the question same process. Now I’m getting countless emails, texts and even got hit with a YouTube notification. How about just answering a question. In the end you didn’t answer a simple question

Hello Bill, it sounds like you contacted our Leasing Department. We have a process in place to ask pre-screening questions for all potential tenants. We do not show properties to prospects without knowing a little about who they are. On a similar note it appears you left a bad review to another property management company here in Rhode Island 7 months ago with the same complaint. This shows me that you are not adjusting to today's leasing processes. Best of luck, thank you.
Nexus is a great company they have excellent techs that do there jobs in a timely manner one being John Martin has excellent carpentry skills and gets it done when he says he will on time. This company will go beyond what they have to do to satisfy there clients
